AppVerix Restock: Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
AppVerix Restock ("the app") is a Shopify app published by AppVerix ("we"). This policy explains what the app collects when a merchant installs it, why, and how to have it deleted.
1. What we collect and why
- Shop domain and language setting: to identify the store and show the admin in your language.
- An access token from Shopify: so the app can read products, inventory, locations and orders, and update inventory when you receive a purchase order. Kept until you uninstall.
- Product and stock data: variants, SKUs, unit costs and stock per location, copied from Shopify to calculate forecasts.
- Sales totals: units sold per variant, location and day, calculated from your orders. We do not store customer names, emails, phone numbers or addresses, and we do not keep copies of orders.
- What you enter: suppliers (name, optional email, lead time, costs), purchase orders, receipts and imported Stocky files.
- Weekly email: if you turn it on, the address you enter, so we can send you the reorder summary.
2. Where it is kept
The app runs on Cloudflare Workers. Data is stored in Cloudflare D1, which encrypts data at rest. Emails are sent through Resend.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or share data. Cloudflare hosts the app, Resend delivers the weekly email, and Shopify handles billing.
4. Deletion
When you uninstall, we delete the login session at once. When Shopify sends the shop/redact webhook (usually within 48 hours), we delete all of the store's data. Customer data requests from Shopify are answered: the app holds no customer records.

Data processing agreement and security
For the personal data of a store's customers, the merchant is the controller and we are the processor. The AppVerix Data Processing Addendum sets out our commitments (purposes, subprocessors, security, deletion, breach notification), and our security and incident response policy describes how we protect and handle data.
