AppVerix Restock: Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the Shopify merchant who installs the app) and AppVerix ("we"). By installing AppVerix Restock you agree to them.
1. What the app does
The app forecasts when each variant will run out and how much to reorder, creates purchase orders with PDFs, adds landed cost, and updates Shopify inventory when you receive a delivery. It can import Stocky purchase order CSV files.
2. Price and billing
- Plans: $49, $99 or $199 USD every 30 days, with a 14-day free trial.
- Shopify bills you on your Shopify invoice. We never see your card.
- To cancel, uninstall the app. We don't refund partial periods unless Shopify's rules or the law require it.
- If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before, and you will be asked to approve the new charge.
3. Your responsibilities
- Forecasts are estimates based on your past sales. Check the numbers before you place an order with a supplier.
- Check quantities before you receive a purchase order, since receiving changes your Shopify inventory.
- Don't use the app for anything illegal.
4. Data
How we handle data is in our Privacy Policy.
5. Availability and liability
We try to keep the app running but don't promise it will never be down. The app is provided "as is"; to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
6. Contact
Data Processing Addendum
By installing the app you also agree to the AppVerix Data Processing Addendum. It explains how we process personal data for you as your processor, which subprocessors we use, our security measures, deletion, and how we notify you of a breach. Our security and incident response policy is public.
